Brief description of positions
Document Control Associates:
- Work in a team environment to facilitate and develop methods to improve and streamline workflow processes
- Support the agency in answering phones and processing and distribution of documents
- Participate in meetings, internal/external seminars, workshops, and education courses to help you grow your base of knowledge.
Account Managers:
- Provide customer service to our customer base and assist producers in new and renewal business activities
- Communicate with insurance companies to facilitate sales and service of agency/customer base
- Prepare accounts for renewal, issue certificates of insurance, round out accounts, assist with claims and billing questions and troubleshoot where needed.
Account Executives:
- Plan, prospect, develop, produce and service new and renewal business for the agency.
- Participate in agency sales/marketing activities and provide superior customer service to internal and external customers to facilitate sales and service of agency/customer base
- Keep abreast of market and carrier trends in sales, service, product and legislative developments
- Maintain relationship with clients to assure renewal success
- Participate regularly in insurance industry continuing education sessions
